She’s led national training initiatives, supported multimillion-dollar organizations and managed multimillion-dollar budgets, coached CEOs and center leaders, and improved quality and compliance for hundreds of programs across the country. But at her core, Jaime is a people-first strategist who believes that change happens when early educators feel seen, equipped, and inspired.
