About Jaime Rechkemmer

If you’ve ever met Jaime Rechkemmer, you already know she’s the kind of leader who shows up with big ideas, a sharp strategy, and a whole lot of heart.

With nearly three decades of experience in early childhood education, Jaime founded Aim4Impact Consulting to do exactly what the name says: help early education businesses aim higher and make meaningful impact—on children, families, and the professionals who serve them.

Jaime has worn just about every hat in the sector: teacher, executive, board member, keynote speaker, curriculum writer, and systems-builder. She’s led national training initiatives, supported multimillion-dollar organizations and managed multimillion-dollar budgets, coached CEOs and center leaders, and improved quality and compliance for hundreds of programs across the country. But at her core, Jaime is a people-first strategist who believes that change happens when early educators feel seen, equipped, and inspired.

  • She works shoulder-to-shoulder with childcare owners, nonprofit leaders, EdTech partners, and education advocates to build strong systems, strong teams, and a strong future for the field.

  • You’ll often hear her say her mission is to support "kiddos, the families who love them, and the heroes who teach them." And she means it—every classroom visit, every keynote, every coaching call is rooted in that purpose.

  • Jaime brings warmth and practicality to her work, along with a deep respect for the realities of running child care businesses in today’s landscape. Her approach is bold, relational, and unapologetically focused on impact.

When she’s not working, Jaime’s probably knee-deep in a book she’ll passionately recommend to you, planning her next big idea over a Monster energy drink, or laughing with the people she loves most. She’s a proud aunt, a loyal friend, and a dedicated volunteer who loves a great workout to a Taylor Swift playlist. A self-proclaimed nerd with a soft spot for spreadsheets and sparkles, Jaime brings the same energy to her community as she does to her work: thoughtful, fun, and always up for doing good things with good people.

Whether you're here to read her blog, request a consultation, or catch her at an upcoming event—welcome. She’s glad you’re here. And she’s ready to help you aim for more.
